Rostechnadzor Signs Industrial Safety Cooperation Agreement with Armenia


As part of the visit of Chairman of the Government of the Russian federation Dmitri Medvedev to Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia, the agreement between Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service and the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Armenia on cooperation in the field of industrial safety regulation was signed on October 24, 2017.

The agreement was signed by Rostechnadzor Chairman Alexey Aleshin and Minister of Emergencies David Tonoyan for the Russian and Armenian parties, respectively.

The agreement particularly envisages exchange of experience in the development of regulatory and legal frameworks in the field of industrial safety regulation, supervisory and licensing activities, training and certification of specialists in the field of industrial safety.
