Appointed to the post of Deputy Chairman of Federal Environmental, industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1847-r of August 19, 2019.

Born on January 20, 1974 in Voronezh Region.

In 1996, graduated from the State Ordzhonikidze Academy of Management majoring in management.

In 2004, graduated from the Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics majoring in economics and finance.

In 2007, studied at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Professional life: from 1989 – Spetssetstroy Trust of the USSR Ministry of Energy; from 1997 – Head of the Financial and Economic Department of JSC Spetssetstroy of RAO UES of Russia; from 2000 – Director of Spetssetstroy of RAO UES of Russia.

Joined Federal Environmental, industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service in September 2006.

2006 to 2008 – Head of the Financial Department of Federal Environmental, industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service.

2008 to 2009 – Acting Head of the Moscow Interregional Industrial Department of Industrial and Environmental Supervision of Federal Environmental, industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service.

2009 to 2019 – Head of the Department of State Energy Supervision of Federal Environmental, industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service.

Dmitri Frolov has been awarded medals of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland of the 1st and 2nd degrees and has a number of departmental awards and incentives.
