Rostekhnadzor delegation holds talks with IAEA Deputy Director General

16.09.2025 The Rostekhnadzor delegation led by the chairman of the agency, Alexander Trembitsky, held talks with Karine Hervieu, IAEA Deputy Director General and Director of the Department of Nuclear Safety and Security, on the sidelines of the 69th Ssession of the IAEA General Conference.

The parties discussed preparations for hosting the IAEA Integrated Regulatory Review Service in Russia in 2026, joint work within the second phase of the Nuclear Harmonization and Standardization Initiative, and the provision of advisory and practical assistance to embarking countries.
