Rostechnadzor delegation visits People’s Republic of China

28.10.2025 At the invitation of the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) and the National Center for Passenger Aerial Ropeway Safety Supervision and Inspection, the Rostechnadzor delegation led by Chairman Alexander Trembitsky works in Beijing, where a kick-off meeting was held with the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China.
The Chinese side was represented by a delegation led by Zhou Liang, Deputy Director of the Specialized Equipment Inspection Department. Colleagues from the Beijing Institute of Materials Handling Equipment and the National Center for Passenger Aerial Ropeway Safety Supervision and Inspection participated in the event.
The participants exchanged experiences in the construction and operation of ropeways and familiarized each other with national industry standards. A key topic of discussion was the organization of oversight and control activities for the Blagoveshchensk-Heihe ropeway project. They also briefly discussed key aspects of elevator safety regulations in Russia and China.
