Rostechnadzor holds meeting with Belarusian delegation

A delegation from the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service, led by State Secretary and Deputy Chairman Alexander Demin, held a working meeting with a delegation from the Department for Supervision of Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, led by Deputy Chairman of Gospromnadzor Dmitry Volk.

The parties discussed the legal framework and experience of investigating causes of accidents and incidents at hazardous industrial facilities, as well as the Rostechnadzor procedure for registering accounting events.

Following the meeting, the parties noted their shared interest in further cooperation.

The Belarusian colleagues’ work program includes a visit to the Rostechnadzor Information and Analysis Center and a technical visit to the Shchelkovo Agrokhim plant.
