On September 21 and 22, 2022, at the invitation of Ms. Andrea Beatrix Kádár, President of the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority (HAEA), the Rostechnadzor delegation headed by Deputy Chairman Alexey Ferapontov took part in the technical seminar on the implementation of the Paks-2 NPP project, which was held in a hybrid format. Interdepartmental consultations were held in Cairo on September 12 and 13, 2022 at the office of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA) to discuss the current status and further development of cooperation between the regulatory authorities of Russia and Egypt. The delegation of Rostechnadzor, which also included the management of JSC “VO “Safety” (a scientific and technical support organization for Rostechnadzor), was headed by Alexey Ferapontov, Deputy Chairman of Rostechnadzor.
