24.05.2017 Iran Nuclear Regulatory Authority visited Rostechnadzor
On 22-23 May 2017, Rostechnadzor hosted delegation of Iran Nuclear Regulatory Authority (INRA) led by its Head Dr. Hojatollah Salehi, who has recently been appointed to this position. The Iranian delegation was also represented by Mr. Kamran Sepanloo, Director General of INRA National Nuclear Safety Department and Mr. Amir Ali Sadri, Chief Representative of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran in Moscow. The main purpose of the visit was to become acquainted with the activity of Rostechnadzor and to discuss a new format of bilateral cooperation taking into account new challenges faced by the Iranian party. The Contract for rendering consulting services between FSUE VO “Safety” (technical support organization of Rostechnadzor) and Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority was signed in Dhaka on May 16, 2017. Signing ceremony was attended by Architect Yeafesh Osman, Minister for Science and Technology of Bangladesh, Alexey Ferapontov, Deputy Chairman of Rostechnadzor, and Nikolay Spasskiy, Deputy Director General of Rosatom.
