13.11.2013 Rostechnadzor took part in Scheduled Exercise at Novovoronezh NPP
On November 13, 2013, Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor) took part in scheduled emergency exercise on the topic "Radiation Accident at Novovoronezh NPP to Practice Actions involving Emergency Mobile Equipment". On October 24, 2013, a meeting was held in Rostechnadzor between its Deputy Chairman Mr. Valery Bezzubtsev and STUK’s Director General Mr. Petteri Tiippana. 24.10.2013 Workshop "Working with citizens' inquiries" Took Place at Rostechnadzor
On October 24, 2013, the administrative department of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service conducted the workshop "Working with Citizens' Inquiries". The participants discussed a wide range of issues, in particular, the peculiarities of consideration of citizens' inquiries received via information systems of common use, arrangements for personal reception of citizens at the Rostechnadzor territorial bodies. In addition, the participants discussed the arrangements to improve the efficiency and quality of consideration of written and oral citizens’ inquiries, increase personal responsibility of the officials for complete and timely settlement of questions raised in the complaints.
