On November 7, 2023, Alexey Ferapontov, Deputy Chairman of Rostechnadzor, made a videoconference lecture on the legal and regulatory framework of nuclear and radiation safety as part of the “Nuclear Infrastructure” training course intended for training Russian and foreign students at basic universities of the State Corporation Rosatom. The training course is a joint educational initiative of Rosatom and Tomsk Polytechnic University and involves the participation of invited speakers from international organizations and representatives of the nuclear industry.
