Stanislav Korchivoy
Stanislav Anatolyevich Korchivoy was born in 1973. In 1996, he graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree of engineer, designer and technologist in radio electronic equipment. In 2014, he graduated from Moscow State Lomonosov University with a degree in public administration. In 2022, he defended his dissertation at Samara State Technical University in the specialty “Management in Social and Economic Systems,” Ph.D. From 2008 to 2013 – deputy director of the Project Management Department of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. From 2013 to 2018 – deputy head of the Directorate for the Development of Communication Networks and Federal Programs of the Federal Communications Agency. From 2018 to 2022 – chief inspector of the Inspectorate for Audit of Digital Development of the Department of Audit of Digital Development and State Support of Entrepreneurship of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. From March 2023 – head of the Informatization Department of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service. As Deputy Chairman of Rostechnadzor, Stanislav Korchivoy will oversee issues of informational support and digitalization. |

By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2901-r dated October 20, 2023, Stanislav Korchivoy was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor).
