Vadim Sergeyev

Born in 1967 in Baku.

In 1989, graduated from the Krasnodar Higher Military Command and Engineering School of the Missile Forces with a degree in Power Supply of Facilities.

1984 – 1998, served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

1999 – 2010, senior positions in various energy companies.

2010 – 2017, Head of Department, Deputy Head, Head of the North Caucasus Department of Rostechnadzor.

2017 – 2019, Head of the Construction Department of the Krasnodar Territory.

2019 – 2020, Deputy Head of the North Caucasus Department of Rostechnadzor.

2020 – 2022, Deputy General Director of JSC Tamanneftegaz.
