On December 5, 2025, Alexey Ferapontov, Deputy Chairman of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service, participated in the fourth plenary meeting of the IAEA Nuclear Harmonization and Standardization Initiative (NHSI) in Vienna, Austria. 05.12.2025 Rostechnadzor takes part in IAEA Nuclear Security Guidance Committee meeting

Maxim Ivanov, deputy head of the Special Security Department of Rostechnadzor, participated in the 28th meeting of the IAEA Nuclear Security Guidance Committee, which was held at the Agency’s headquarters in Vienna from December 1 to 4, 2025. More than 60 representatives from Member States participated in the meeting.

A delegation from the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service, led by State Secretary and Deputy Chairman Alexander Demin, held a working meeting with a delegation from the Department for Supervision of Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, led by Deputy Chairman of Gospromnadzor Dmitry Volk.

28.11.2025 Rostechnadzor hosts scientific visits for delegations from Belarus and Bolivia

From 17 to 28 November 2025, delegations from the Department of Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (Gosatomnadzor) and the Authority for Supervision of Electric Power and Nuclear Technology of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (AETN) visited the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service as part of the IAEA Technical Cooperation program. Representatives from Rostechnadzor, the Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety, the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, JSC GSPI, the National Research Center Kurchatov Institute, and JSC VO Izotop participated in the visits.

14.11.2025 The consultations of the delegations of Russia and IAEA were held in Kaliningrad

12.11.2025 The Memorandum of Understanding between Rostechnadzor and the Agency for Atomic Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is signed

As part of a state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the Russian Federation, the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of nuclear and radiation safety regulation in the peaceful use of atomic energy between the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service and the Agency for Atomic Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been signed.
